Information we collect
When you place an order we collect your name and email address, your Marriott Bonvoy account number, and the associate relationship you select (child, parent or sibling). Payment card details are collected and processed by Stripe — we never see or store them.
How we use your information
We use your details solely to fulfill your order — primarily to link the Explore (MMP) rate to your Marriott Bonvoy account — and to contact you about that order. We do not sell your personal data.
Processors we rely on
Payments are handled by Stripe. Order-notification emails are sent using Resend. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.
Data retention
We keep order information only as long as necessary to provide the service and meet legal or accounting obligations, then delete it. We minimize how long we retain sensitive details such as your Bonvoy account number.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support@voyagepass.example.
